HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CAKE?
If you’re not consuming it right after pickup, it’s best to pop it in the fridge. Pull your cake out of refrigeration up to an hour before serving so it can come to room temp. Cakes can stay at room temperature for a few hours, but be sure to keep them out of direct sunlight and heat and be mindful that cakes with fillings are less stable and might bulge/become unsightly if left out of refrigeration too long.
-
HOW LONG WILL MY CAKE LAST?
Uncut for up to 6 days from pickup. Once cut it’s best to put a piece of parchment paper across the cut side and refrigerate in an air tight container for maximum freshness/minimal moisture loss.

DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT?
GABBY BAKES HAS MOVED INTO THEIR OWN BRICK AND MORTAR! :D However, it primarily functions as a production space/pickup location. I won’t have pastries/cakes available for walk up service except for when I do popup/open house type events — pls check my popup schedule to see when next you can swing by for some pastries.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS/CAN I ADJUST MY ORDER?
Orders are not confirmed until they are paid in full. Payment in full secures your pickup date. I do not offer refunds unless it’s a special circumstance. If you’d like to adjust your order it depends! I start prepping the weeks orders on Tuesdays, so a flavor change request thereafter is difficult to do. Decoration change requests need to be made at least 48hrs before intended pickup.

DO YOU DO GLUTEN/ALLERGEN FREE?
At this moment I do not offer any gluten free items, but I am keen to develop gluten free recipes in the future. If you’re looking for allergen free bakes within the Tampa Bay area I am happy to suggest alternative local bakers that can accommodate your needs.
My kitchen processes wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, coconut and soy. All cakes have wheat and soy in them by default and may contain tree nuts/peanuts depending on the flavor. PLEASE ALWAYS CONSULT WITH ME BEFORE ORDERING IF THERE’S ALLERGIES OF CONCERN. Thx!
